How Does Saline Tattoo Removal Work?
We begin the saline tattoo removal process by sterilizing the area and applying the numbing cream. This helps ensure that you are comfortable as we penetrate the site and inject the saline solution. The solution breaks up the pigment and helps it float to the surface, where it is safely removed. This treatment is ideal for small tattoos, and please keep in mind that a health screening will be conducted beforehand to identify any issues.

After Care
What to Do Once You Go Home
The area will be a bit tender after the treatment, so try to avoid touching it aside from when you are cleaning it. We will book your next appointment after a period long enough to allow the wound to heal fully, during which you should avoid getting it wet and using cosmetic products. Gentle cleaning should be done twice a day with a simple saline solution, but avoid soaking it.

- Avoid exposure to any moisture for two weeks post application
- Use vitamin E oil to rehydrate the skin
Pregnant and lactating women and those with glaucoma, psoriasis, dermatitis, transmittable blood conditions (hepatitis, HIV, etc.), skin cancer and other skin conditions may not be suitable for the treatment.
The natural healing process can dry out the skin around the affected area. Once all scabs have naturally fallen off, try using vitamin E oil to revitalize and rehydrate the area.
The number of sessions will vary depending on the size and pigments present in the tattoo. Generally, we advise our clients that they should expect between 3-6 sessions for significant results.
